Miscellaneous parts

My first print was the Aeon logo:

I've also done a version of the Elite Coriolis space station - with a hoop on top so it can dangle from somewhere:

Unfortunately, while printing it I found out that I really needed the extra cooling when printing PLA - I use a desk fan which I turn on manually when the first layer is done. But some time I'll solder on the MOSFET to allow it to be controlled by the machine itself.

As an extension to the space station, I took the basic design, made it bigger and hollow - because we'd lost the little ball that came with some fabric softener and my girlfriend wanted to use some.

That was actually quite simple to make!
