Server reconfiguration

I've now reconfigured my server infrastructure to run through a nginx proxy that will also be doing HTTPS delivery.

Previously, it was all handled by Apache with certbot, but now I can use a single front-end and allow it to redirect to different web servers (so each domain could, in theory, be hosted on a different machine).

I've also set up a Gitlab server - although it is not currently open for public access. If you want access to some of the internal repositories, then email me.
