| 2012-07-02: I've decided that there is no way the original copyright can prevent me from making this available. It's been 10 years, for God's sake - there's been plenty of time for you to discuss a proper re-release, but you just haven't got your arse out of gear to do it. I will remove your name in due course... ... when I release the source code (including graphics and music) - which is my copyright, and I'm free to do what I want with it. None of your code was ever used. Then, anyone can make their own clone. I may even update it a bit (higher resolution versions?) If you had patents, then, well, the would've expired anyway (1983 + 25 = 2008). |
